The first in the new series of concept EPs from us is The Vibes EP by rising star Kyshido. Already a veteran of releases, he is is known for his distinctive deep sound & the tracks on the EP reflect his many influences, from hip hop to soul to jazz! The definitively hip hop feeling on Fly To The Shady is tempered with some deft bass and pad work, whilst the title track manages to be both ravey and relaxing, incorporating a stinging drumbeat alongside some heavyweight bass business and a slightly Eastern feel to the effects.  The jazzy Swing It does just that, employing a soft shuffle beat alongside a tinkling piano, and the release is closed out by the police sirens and rushing flow of It’s Like That. A seriously essential set of vibes for your collection.
